You can stock up your freezer with a personalized half or entire portion of bulk beef that comes from our fourth-generation family-run ranch in Ontario, California.
Opting for custom bulk beef enables you to buy beef for up to a year at a discounted price per pound. The cost per pound remains constant for all beef cuts, from ground beef to rib-eye steaks and prime rib roasts.

The cost of the animal will be the live weight at current market price. All beef is processed locally by our local butcher. Cut and wrap will be determined based on the hanging weight of the beef. Hanging weight will vary based on average yield percentage normally around 60% of total weight. Prices for cut & wrap are vacuum sealed @ $1.50 per pound.

Once your order is received will contact you with final instructions and your invoice for the price of the animal. Our butcher will contact you for cutting instructions and arrange a time for you to pick up your beef.
